Customer Service Director
Jenny lives in southwestern Manitoba, Canada, and has worked in customer service since 2001.
After completing an Office Administration program she worked in animal care and rescue (Jenny is an animal lover) for many years, and after completing a Medical Transcription program, Jenny joined the SBN team in December 2021.
A PKD patient herself (diagnosed in 2002), this customer service calling hits close to home and is something she is very passionate about.
Jenny is kept busy in her spare time by trying to keep up with her very energetic young daughter, and blue heeler dog.
