Clinical Services

Kathy is a Renal Dietitian, Diabetes Specialist, and Ketogenic Practitioner. Her current area of focus is through education empowering individuals to take control of their health by preventing or reversing chronic diseases. She also works with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) patients sharing the benefits of KetoCitra and a Ketogenic Diet to shrink PKD cysts and improve kidney function.
She brings a unique variety of skills and expertise that spans over five decades. A master’s degree in food science and nutrition plus clinical and management experience as a Registered Dietitian ranging from infants to the elderly, small-scale cooking to commercial production kitchen management serving over 4,700 meals/day. She co-managed the commercial food production operation that fed patients in three prisons and one forensic hospital. Working in Mental Health Nutrition for 15 years gives Kathy a unique appreciation of the new focus on using ketogenic diets to improve mental health. Providing extensive nutrition education, food safety and diabetes education using her weekly newspaper columns, radio, TV and lectures, Kathy is passionate about empowering individuals and families to manage their health.

Her sales career started with Exxon Office Systems growing in experience, training, and productivity to Vice President of Sales and Marketing Support Systems for Health Systems International (HSI), public company with sales of $1.96 billion and 2,367 employees. During her work with HSI she took additional training in adult education, instructional design, conflict management, mergers, and acquisitions. Certified in Myers-Briggs Personality Profile, Kathy has profiled more than five hundred individuals and taught classes using this tool for team building and self-management in a variety of different settings; businesses, churches, and families.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and grandchildren. She is a Master Gardener, enjoys music, especially piano, fly fishing, creative cooking, and horses.
