What is polycystic kidney disease (PKD)?

PKD is a genetically inherited disease that is characterized by metabolic defects, renal cyst growth, progressive chronic kidney disease, and other serious complications. It affects more than half a million people in the United States and currently has no cure. PKD affects ~600,000 Americans and millions more worldwide.

We focus on education for patients, practitioners, and other researchers while empowering people to advocate for their health and raise awareness for those living with PKD and kidney disease. We believe there ARE lifestyle and dietary recommendations that individuals can pursue for PKD.

Today, you CAN adovcate for your help.
